Geosynthetic Clay Liner

Geosynthetic Clay Liner (GCL) is a factory-manufactured hydraulic barrier consisting of a layer of natural sodium bentonite encapsulated between geotextiles. When hydrated, the bentonite swells to form a low-permeability barrier. GCL is widely used in landfill liners, mining, water containment, and environmental protection applications as an effective and easy-to-install impermeable solution.
